Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: March 2026

Welcome to MCC Foundation ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and enrolling in our programs, including the Software Engineering Cohort and MCC Fellowship.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our scholarship services.

1. Full Scholarship Commitment

The MCC Foundation operates strictly on a 100% scholarship model for marginalized and high-potential students. While there are absolutely no tuition fees for the duration of the program, we require an unwavering commitment to the curriculum. We invest significant time, effort, and resources into your success, and expect full dedication in return.

2. Enrollment, Conduct, and AI Usage

MCC Foundation reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, irregular attendance, lack of participation, disruptive behavior, or breach of institute policies.

As an AI-native program, you must adhere to our Code of Conduct:

  • Embrace AI responsibly: You are expected to leverage LLMs and AI coding tools effectively, but you must thoroughly understand and take complete ownership of any code you produce.
  • Treat mentors, instructors, and peers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary training materials and internal assessments.

3. Attendance and Participation

Maintaining a minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of your admission and disqualification from graduation, certificate issuance, and any placement or internship support.

Exemptions may be strictly granted for college final exams or extreme medical emergencies, provided the student notifies the MCC Foundation team by email in advance with valid proof.

4. Internal Assessments and Mock Interviews

Students are required to actively participate in and pass all mandatory mock interviews and continuous internal assessments covering Core Python, LLM Integration, Frontend Architecture, and Agile-Based Live Projects.

Students must achieve a minimum qualifying score in each assessment. Clearing these assessments is a direct prerequisite for becoming eligible for any placement or internship support from the Foundation.

5. Placement Support (Not a Guarantee)

The MCC Foundation provides rigorous placement support, but not a placement guarantee.

Students who meet all eligibility criteria, including successful completion of the coursework, attendance, and mock interviews, will receive assistance in connecting with premier job or internship opportunities. However, securing the job by clearing the industry interviews is ultimately the student's responsibility.

If a student repeatedly fails to convert the opportunities provided by the Foundation due to a lack of preparation, we are not obligated to continue offering further placement assistance.

6. Certificate Eligibility

The MCC Foundation will absolutely not issue any certificate (course completion, fellowship, or otherwise) to students who fail to meet the minimum performance, attendance, or assessment criteria, regardless of how long they were enrolled in the program.

7. Marketing and Promotions Consent

By accepting a scholarship and enrolling at the MCC Foundation, students grant permission to the institute to use their name, photograph, designation, company name, salary, and related details for promotional purposes to help further our non-profit mission. This includes showcasing student success stories on the website, social media, brochures, and other materials.

Students also agree to provide a professional written and video review of their experience with the Foundation upon successful program completion to inspire future cohorts.
